Rice

olive oil

1white onion
minced

salt

pepper

cumin

1 cuprice
rinsed

2 cupschicken broth

1can of black beans
rinsed

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken and let rest for 24 hours
Step 2
Add the olive oil, onion, salt, pepper, and cumin to a pan until fragrant
Step 3
Add the rinsed white rice and 2 cups of chicken broth
Step 4
Bring to a low boil then reduce heat to low and cover until the chicken broth has been absorbed
Step 5
Cook chicken in air fryer at 390 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping after 6 minutes.
