Step 1
Add Parmesan to Mixing Bowl and MILL 10 SEC/ SP 7
Step 2
Add Cauliflower and Spring Onion and CHOP 2 SEC/SP 5
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients (savoury yeast if using) and MIX- REVERSE / 10 SEC/SP3
Step 4
Heat a frying pan on high heat with the oil and spoon mixture in and flatten down, cook for a few mins each side or until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Add Baby Spinach at the end and Sauté for a couple of minutes.
