Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut your broccoli and boil it in hot water till cooked.
Step 3
Roll out some baking paper on a baking tray and as soon as the broccoli florets are ready, place them on the tray.
Step 4
Get a glass and smash each floret with the backside till they’re flattened. Season them with salt, pepper and paprika powder and bake them for about 20-30min.
Step 5
Mix for the dip soy yogurt with soy sauce, garlic powder and chilli flakes.
