Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice according to instructions and hardboil eggs with your desired technique.
Step 2
Scoop one cup rice into a bowl. Make a small divet in the center with a spoon or other utensil.
Step 3
Use tongs or a fork to fill the divet with 1/4 cup kimchi.
Step 4
Slice one hardboiled egg into 3 or 4 pieces and arrange around the kimchi. Enjoy.
