Instructions

Step 1
Cut in half bread
Step 2
Melt the anchovies in butter (if you want you can add a pinch of lemon zest
Step 3
Drizzle the bread with the anchovies butter and toast in a pan
Step 4
Once is toasted add the scamorza a little anchovies butter and inter the grill in the oven until melted
Step 5
Take out of the oven on a plate and add prosciutto crudo on top then the anchovies butter and enjoy 😉
