Thinly Cut, butterfly/cut 2 raw chicken breasts in half

1 tspolive oil

1 tsppaprika

1 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

300mlFat Free Evaporated Milk

35gparmesan cheese
grated

1 TspOregano

1 TspGarlic Powder

0.5 TspBlack Pepper

10gLight Butter

4Garlic Cloves
Diced

150mlchicken stock

90gLight Cream Cheese
or 6 light laughing cow cheese wedges

1 tsppaprika

2 TspChicken Stock Powder
Vegeta - Low Sodium

Instructions
Step 1
- Filet two chicken breasts in half
- Coat in olive oil
- Season with paprika, salt, and garlic powder until coated on each side





Step 2
- In a blender add evaporated milk, grated parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper
- Blend until smooth





Step 3
- Add butter to a pan on MEDIUM heat
- Cook chicken on each side for 5-6 minutes on each side


Step 4
- Using the same pan, add diced garlic, chicken stock
- Pour in the blended sauce
- Mix on LOW heat
- Add light cream cheese and stir
- Add paprika and chicken stock powder
- Mix
- Add chopped spinach
- Mix and simmer for 5 minutes or so until creamy






Step 5
- Pair chicken and cooked white rice (140g cooked each serving) with sauce
- Alternatively, pair with pasta or other
