Step 1
"Rice" your cauliflower by putting in a food processor (or cheat and buy frozen riced cauliflower like me!). Chop your garlic and half of your onion. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of olive oil, the garlic and the onion. Saute together for about 1-2 minutes. Add in the cauliflower rice and spices. Stir and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the rice starts to brown, turn it down. Taste test to make sure the cauliflower is tender. Time to assemble your bowl and eat!
