1. Cook jasmine rice according to instructions.

2. Steam asparagus

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4. Combine 1/2 tsp salt with the pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. Rub the seasonings evenly all over the pork tenderloin. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add in 1 tbsp of olive oil.

5. Once skillet is hot add the pork tenderloin and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes, making sure all sides are browned.

6. Place the skillet into the oven (or if you're using a non oven safe skillet, transfer to a baking dish) and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees.

For mango salsa

Step 7
1. Combine the mango, onion, serrano pepper, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, salt and honey in a large bowl. Stir until all flavors and ingredients are combined.

2. Remove pork tenderloin from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting into.
Step 9
Cut into 1/2 in thick slices and enjoy with the mango salsa on top.
