4 Tbspplant-based margarine

1 cupsplant-based milk

2 cupsinstant mashed potato flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water, margarine, and salt to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in the milk and potato flakes.
Step 3
Stir in 1 tsp salt (salt to tasted).
Step 4
For creamier potatoes, add more milk. For thicker potatoes, add more potato flakes.
