Cubed or diced meat, either mutton, lamb, or beef is marinated with paste of ginger garlic, papaya, green chillies and spices, yogurt, known as Boti Kebab. These melt in mouth and delicious Beef Boti Kababs are the perfect appetizer for BBQ parties. Try these and impress your guests

Instructions

Step 1
Take the boneless part of beef , slice and dice the meat.
Step 2
Add all diced meat in a big bowl.
Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste, papaya paste and green chillies paste. Mix everything well together and leave to marinate for 2 hours. For the second marination of beef boti, grab a small bowl.
Step 4
Add yogurt, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, smoked paprika, garam masala, oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Step 5
Now you just stir until well combined. Add diced onions and mix again.
Step 6
Bring first marinated meat back, and just add your second marinate onto your meat.
Step 7
Give it a good mix, and leave it in the ref rigerator overnight.
Step 8
Next day, use metal or wooden skewers and thread marinated meat on skewers.
Step 9
Place same size pieces of marinated meat on the same skewer. This will ensure that all of it is cooked at the right time.
Step 10
Set one prepared one aside and continue skewering all.
Step 11
Place on bbq grill or in the oven.
Step 12
BBQ or grill will take a little long time to cook. So keep flame low. Rotate all skewers at the same time then it will be cooked evenly. Spray / Brush oil on meat after every few minutes.
Step 13
Once meat is fully tender. Remove from grill.
Step 14
Serve hot straightaway with raita, dipping sauce or chutney. Enjoy!
