Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add onion & garlic, cook for 3-5 mins until softened.
Step 2
Add in sausages & cook for 3-4 mins.
Step 3
Pour in wine & burn off alcohol over high heat.
Step 4
Add in tomatoes, season well, bring to the boil and then simmer for 7-10 mins.
Step 5
Cook gnocchi in plenty of salted boiling water according to packet instructions.
Step 6
Pour in cream, simmer for 2-3 mins.
Step 7
Add in spinach and heat until softened, mix in parmesan and basil.
Step 8
Add gnocchi to sauce and mix through.
Step 9
Serve topped with parmesan and fresh basil.
