Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Stir in spices, brown sugar, orange zest and carrots and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the orange juice and water to the carrots and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until carrots are just tender and most of the liquid is cooked off. Serve warm.
