Step 1
Combine apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, mustard in a pan over high heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Cook pineapple for 1 to 2 minutes and add the Scorpion Pepper(s) after taking the stem off and cutting in half. Turn heat to low and add chile powder, corn starch, brown sugar, coriander and ginger.

Add pepper extract to increase the heat as desired.
