Instructions
Step 1
Mince garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Step 2
Fry without any oil on medium heat.
Step 3
Add butter and fry for a good 10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4
Add chicken stock, or 3 cups water with half chicken knorr cube
Step 5
Let it boil for 10 min
Step 6
You can leave it as is or you can blend after!
Step 7
Add a spoonful of cream. Serve with grilled cheese!
