Instructions
Step 1
Peel Garlic and cut into large pieces (lengthwise).
Step 2
Wash and chop leeks.
Step 3
Sauté Garlic and leeks until garlic is soft and leeks are translucent.
Step 4
While vegetables are cooking, make box of pasta per instructions on the box.
Step 5
When pasta is finished, drain pasta and add it to pan with vegetables after vegetables are ready.
Step 6
Add Parmesan cheese
Step 7
Mix thoroughly with burner on Medium (5/6)
Step 8
Serve warm
