Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°
Step 2
Mix monk fruit, protein powder, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix eggs, almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla
Step 4
Add dry mix to wet mix in portions, folding until fully mixed.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a glass dish, bake for 25 minutes, then check on them. Bake for an additional 10 minutes if needed. Pull them out when a toothpick comes out with crumbs on it. Do not wait for the toothpick to come out clean.
Step 6
Let cool for 15 minutes so they can fully settle then serve!
