1garlic clove
1carrot
0.5 stickcelery
olive oil
250gmince
400gborlotti beans
1 litrestock
1tin tomatoes
250gmacaroni
or ditalini

Instructions
Step 1
Fry Pancetta so it colours and keep in pan
Step 2
Finely chop veg and soften in pan with the Pancetta.
Step 3
Add mince and brown. Breaking it up in the pan.
Step 4
Drain beans and add to pan. Also add stock and tomatoes. Add optional wine.
