Instructions
Step 1
1° In a large pot, heat olive on medium high heat

2° Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes

3° Add chopped green onions (reserving 1/4 cup for topping), carrots, and mushrooms 4° Reduce to medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes

5° Add coconut aminos, beef broth, and water

6° Heat to high and begin to boil

7° Add ramen and sausage

8° Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 6-7 minutes
