Step 1
Crush Ramen noodles, set seasoning off to the side. Melt 3 T butter on cookie cheet. Dump Ramen noodles on sheet. Toast in 350 oven just until golden brown. Take out and let cool. While Ramen is toasting mix remaining ingredients in bowl, set aside.
Dressing: Mix all together in small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and pour over salad. Chill for 2 hours. Serve.
