Step 1
Add jackfruit, wheat starch, Konjac flour, salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder and garlic to food processor. Process until ball begins to form.
Step 2
Squeeze 1/2 lemon in while continuing to process for about 10 sec. Shape into roast.
Step 3
Add additional lemon juice on top. Put in oven to brown (mine was set at convection, 320°F) for 15 min.
Step 4
Fill pan 1/4 to 1/2 full with broth, some wine, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, and onion; Cook another 15 min (covered with foil); foil off to brown for 5 min additional.
