Instructions
Step 1
* Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Step 2
* Toss shrimp & crab with 1 Tbsp black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Tonys creole seasoning, Old Bay, and SLAP YA MAMA cajun seasoning. Add to pot in a single layer.
Step 3
* Cook until browned and/or shrimp is a light pink color. (about 3-5 minutes then turn and continue to cook through, about 3-5 minutes longer)
Step 4
* After you have cooked the shrimp and crab through, sit to side and cook sausage.
Step 5
* Cook sausage until browned (about 5 mins). I like mines crispy so I cook for about 8-10 mins. Then sit to side with shrimp and crab.
Step 6
* Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a different pot over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onion and saute 5 minutes.
Step 7
* Add Slap Ya Mama cajun seasoning to taste or desired spice level and saute 5 - 10 minute longer.
Step 8
* Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth (Do this about 2 & 1/2 times). 1 can of diced fire roasted tomatoes, and 2 1/2 to 3 cups heavy cream. Bring mixture to a boil, then add pasta.
Step 9
* Cook, stirring frequently until pasta is nearly tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Step 10
* Take shrimp, crab, sausage, and spinach and add to the pasta and sauce.
Step 11
* Add 3 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 & 1/2 tablespoons of water, and 1 or 1/2 a cup of parmesan cheese about halfway through and cook until pasta is just tender and sauce mixture has thickened. (about 8-10 minute longer than the 20 or 30 minute time-frame). After this add 1/4 cup of water to help keep moist.
Step 12
* Remove from heat or turn on low, Toss 1 remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan, and parsley (if wanted). Season with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning to taste (if more wanted), and cook about 5 minutes longer.
Step 13
