3 Tbspfish sauce
3 Tbspbrown sugar
3 TbspChicken Broth
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspchili sauce
For pad Thai
Instructions
Step 1
Place the noodles in cold water to soften
Step 2
Mix all the sauce ingredients together
Step 3
Julienne all the vegetables and then fry with some oil
Step 4
Put veggies aside and fry the tofu
Step 5
Once the noodles are softened, add them on the pan with the sauce and low the sauce absorb a little.
Step 6
Then all all the rest of ingredients and mix
Step 7
Serve with a slice of lime and crushed peanuts
