Step 1
Tear your tofu into chunks and cover in cornstarch, roast in the oven or airfryer until crisp. Slice the cabbage finely and begin cooking your rice (follow instructions on bag)
Step 2
Trim the broccoli.
Step 3
In frying pan, heat oil and tomato paste, then add hoisin, soy, vinegar and sugar. Add water and let bubble and thicken for a couple minutes before adding the tofu. Steam or boil the broccoli.
Step 4
Assemble everything in a bowl and top with sesame seeds and spring onion
