Instructions

Step 1
Grate carrot, place in hot pan with water and sauté until soft. Approx 20min, add more water as it dries. Once done, removes from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
Diced the onion. Grate the carrot. Slice chorizo. Cook pasta in pot. Brown chorizo in pan. Remove from pan Add onions and garlic and brown. Once brown add carrot and sautee well. Add paprika.
Step 3
Mix chorizo, carrot and onion mixture together. Once pasta is cooked, add to the pan with chorizo mix, dried parsley and cream. May need some water. Toss together.
Step 4
Add cheese and melt together if adding. Serve.
