Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large saucepan
Step 2
Add chopped onions and sautée until golden brown.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
Step 4
Crush the tomatoes by hand and add to pan
Step 5
Add oregano, Italian seasoning and dried basil
Step 6
Simmer for at least 1 hr
Step 7
Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil
