Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 220° & line a baking tray with paper 2. Drain water from lentils & chickpeas & let dry out as much as possible 3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use your hands to mix well & try to break up the chickpeas & lentils as much as possible 4. Lay a sheet of pastry on a chopping board & cut in half lengthways. Add some mixture across the pastry and roll making sure all the mixture is covered by pastry 5. Lay each roll on a baking tray and cut into smaller portions and top with seeds and continue until all the mixture is used up
6. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes
