Step 1
Bring water and salt to boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to medium; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in cinnamon, carrot and apple. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sugar substitute or brown sugar. Cover; serve warm.
