Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into 2x2 inch pieces. Soak them in water for 24 hours. Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan at medium-low, cook all spices, herbs and milk. Drain and add the herb-infused milk to the potatoes.
Step 3
Add 1 stick of butter and smash all ingredients
Step 4
Add salt, mix well and serve
