Instructions
Step 1
Blend chickpeas, red onion and fresh coriander together until smooth. Add olive oil as needed.
Step 2
Add garlic and chilli.
Step 3
Roll out basic dough. Shape into circles. Spread chickpea mix in the middle, form into rolls
Step 4
Place rolls in panini press or oven and cook for 10/15 minutes respectively.
