Instructions

Step 1
Chop 2 red bell peppers finely
Step 2
In 3 tb of oil, cook the peppers with salt added - make sure to evaporate all the water. Add 1/2 tsp of tamarind paste.

Puree that mixture
Step 4
In a separate small pan add 2 tb of oil. Heat it up. Add 1/4 tsp of black mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add 1/4 tsp Asafoetida(hing) powder. Add 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder.
Step 5
Remove it from the heat and add to the capsicum Puree and mix it. That's it!
