Ham, Egg & Cheese Muffin Cups RECIPE - Makes 6 INGREDIENTS: 12 slices of ham 6 eggs 3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese salt & pepper to taste STEPS: 1. In a greased muffin pan, place 2 slices of ham in each cup. 2. Add some shredded colby jack cheese and 1 egg to each one. 3. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 4. Bake at 400° for 15-20 min. *Mine cooked for exactly 20 minutes and were perfect. 👌 *Garnish with parsley if desired.
