Simple Authentic Vietnamese Pho Ga (Chicken Pho)
When the leaves are turning colour and sweater weather is in full effect, there is nothing more comforting than a hot, hearty bowl of soup. Especially when it is a bowl layered with chewy rice noodles, shredded chicken, fresh vegetables, and fragrant herbs. Piping hot, flavourful, simmered chicken broth is then poured over everything to create a magical meal that will have you craving it multiple times over the Fall and Winter seasons.

cooked, optional - 2x 400mL cans, drained & rinsed, or boiled chicken eggs

1 cupgreen onions
finely chopped

leafy part, finely chopped
