Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the porkchops in garlic powder and salt for 3 hours.
Step 2
Butter the pan with margarine on medium-high heat and add the porkchops
Step 3
Fry for 7 minutes on each side or until there’s no pink inside
Step 4
Remove the porkchops and add in some garlic
Step 5
Let the garlic cook for a few seconds and add the onions
Step 6
As the onions are cooking start adding the asparagus
Step 7
Turn to low heat, add two tbsp of water to the pan and cover.
Step 8
Once the water has been absorbed plate it with the porkchops
