2butternut pumpkins
1sweet potato
1brown onion
1 tablespoontomato paste
2 teaspoonshot curry powder
1 Lliquid chicken stock
1 cupmilk
To serve
Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients (aside from milk) in pot, add chicken stock until just covered
Step 2
Simmer until tender, add milk
Step 3
Put into blender, add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Serve with a swell of cream and sprinkle of parsley
