Instructions
Step 1
Chop all ingredients. Add all ingredients to a large pot. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn. Simmer for 30 minutes ir until veg is soft
Step 2
Use a stick blender or any other blender and blend it all together until smooth
Step 3
Serve and Enjoy!
