store bought or homemade

½ cupextra virgin olive oil
2 Tbspred wine vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dressing place all the ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid
Step 2
Shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined
Step 3
Store in refrigerator for a week
Step 4
Shake before each use.To make the salad, place all ingredients in a large salad bowl
Step 5
Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine.
