Step 1
Cook the Cous Cous according to package directions. Toss with 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp Greek seasoning.

Meanwhile, sprinkle fish with 1.5 teaspoons Greek seasoning. Cook fish (in batches if necessary) in 2 TB hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 4 min per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
Step 3
Divide cous cous and spinach among 6 shallow bowls. Top with salmon, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and tzatziki dip.
