Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan on medium-low heat, fry the spring onions in the oil for 10-12 mins, until golden brown (lower the heat if the spring onions brown too quickly).
Step 2
Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
Step 3
With the heat off, add both the soy sauces and the sugar to the fried spring onions and mix. Add more or less seasoning according to taste.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the noodles, mix, and serve.
