Tacoless taco salad

You could easily add a taco shell to this but I’m trying to cut carbs so I omitted it on mine.

Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat until almost done- add seasoning
Step 2
Add diced bell peppers
Step 3
Wash and lay bed of Lettuce in a bowl
Step 4
Add cooked meat and bell pepper mix
Step 5
Top with shredded cheese
Step 6
Add lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
