Step 1
Cook beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in mustard. Add wine, and cook 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
