Instructions
Step 1
cook the chicken in a pan and remove when mostly cook




Step 2
add in the onions, garlic and mixed herbs and sauté for 5 minutes



Step 3
add in the tomatoes, water, rice and stock

tin water


Step 4
mix and cover for about half an hour until the rice has absorbed the liquid

Step 5
top with cheese and toppings of choice and put under grill until cheese is melted
