Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp butter and add 2 slices diced canadian bacon, 2 tbsp tomato paste, and 1 tbsp parsley. Cook 10 minutes. Add 4 tbsp cream and ¼ vodka. Cook till vodka evaporates. Toss with 4 C cooked penne and 1 ½ c peas.
