Instructions
Step 1
Cut larger scallops in half, then steam scallops in boiling water, covered, until cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine grapefruit sections and chives.

Add scallops.

In a small bowl, whisk together grapefruit juice, oil, and mustard.

Pour over scallop mixture and toss well to combine.
