Salmon with a simple salad and white rice
Salmon with rice and salad this is a quick yet delicious meal. I seasoned the salmon and threw it in the oven while that was in the oven I made the rice and salad and everything came together in literally a half an hour.
——ingredients——
-8 to 10 salmon fillets
-4 tablespoons of butter melted
-1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
-1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
-1 teaspoon dried parsley
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-the juice of half lemon

——Into the oven they go 400° for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of your salmon

-1/2 red onion
-1 cucumber
-2 tomatoes
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-the juice of one lemon
-salt to taste
