Teriyaki chicken
Step 1
Thinly slice the chicken.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan and add the chicken. After one minute season with salt. Fry for another minute before adding the teriyaki sauce. Fry for another 1-2min.

Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Step 4
Top the bottom half with the chicken leaving a 0,5cm margin.

Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.

Crack the egg into a flat plate and whisk until well combined.
Step 7
Crumble the instant noodles. Add the spices and mix well.
Step 8
First soak the toast in the egg mixture and then in the crumbled instant noodles. Make sure to press the instant noodles as tight as possible.
Step 9
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high. Add the toast and deepfry for 3 minutes.
