Instructions

Step 1
Cook the sushi rice with water and salt acording to package instructions. Once it's finished let it cool down almost completely.
Step 2
Meanwhile cut your cucumber, avocado and carrot into strips.
Step 3
Make your crap sticks paste by chopping in small and thin slices. Add the ketchup and the mayo. Mix it all together. If you want, you can add a bit of sriracha to add some spiciness to the paste.
Step 4
Once the rice is cooler, it's time to assemble the sushi rolls. Simply spread rice on the nori with a wet spoon to make the job easy. Start to make your combinations: crap paste and avocado, carrots and cucumber, all together, it's your choice.
Step 5
Roll the sushi tight. If you have a bamboo mat use it to make the job easier. Close the roll with a bit of water and set aside. Repeat the process to the rest of the nori sheets.
Step 6
Finally, cut the sushi into pieces with a sharp wear knife. Serve it on plate and top with white sesame seeds, mayo, cream cheese or fried onion. Don't forget your favorite sauces: soya, sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki.
