Instructions
Step 1
Heat up a tsp of oil in wok, add garlic, and saute garlic until golden and fragrance.
Step 2
Add Kim Chi and cook until slightly charred and dried.
Step 3
Push Kim Chi aside, and add in two beaten eggs. Scramble eggs until done and then mix with the Kim Chi.
Step 4
Add rice and stir fry until everything is mixed.
Step 5
Season with salt, chicken powder, and black pepper to taste.
