Instructions
Step 1
In wok or large frying pan, fry meat. Drain and rinse
Step 2
Add garlic and fry to golden brown
Step 3
Add cubed tofu, broth, frozen peas, oyster sauce. Cover to boil
Step 4
In small bowl, add 1-2 tbsp cornstarch and mix with water
Step 5
When tofu meat and peas come to boil, add cornstarch mixture to thicken gravy
Step 6
Serve with white or brown rice
Step 7
Double or triple recipe as your family grows :-)
