Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 325
Step 2
Whisk together eggs, milk, and salt and pepper to taste
Step 3
Bake for 18-20 minutes until eggs are still a little jiggly (they will cook more when you hear them back up)
Step 4
Toast your bagel thins
Step 5
Assembly the bagel thins, ham, egg and cheese. Freeze.
Step 6
When you are ready to eat, heat for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
