Ingredients
8 servings

8 ozelbow macaroni

4 Tbspbutter

½ cupcheddar cheese shredded
½ cupmonetary jack cheese
shredded

¾ cuphalf and half

4 ozVelveeta Shreds

1egg
beaten

¼ tspsalt

⅛ tspblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until all dente; drain well. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir into macaroni.
Step 3
3. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses and mix well.
Step 4
4. Add the half and half, shredded cheese, Velveeta, and egg to the macaroni; mixed together and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly greased 9x7 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese if desired.

5. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling around the edges. I like to stir the casserole halfway through cooking time.
